Strategy to promote research and Innovation
I have led the development a communication strategy to support and promote HBKU's research mandate in line with the national research strategy in Qatar. The strategy aims to align communication governance and operations related to research activities, streamline university-wide research communication, publicize key research highlights and impacts, stimulate cross-collaboration between HBKU entities, and develop platforms with associated governance frameworks and workflows.
